Refund & Return Policy

SIZE CHART: Let’s face it, few of us are the perfect model size which means alterations that may be time-consuming are a necessary part of purchasing any dress if you want it to look perfect on you. Please pay close attention to the size chart. Most of our items are <em>haute couture</em> sizing which typically run smaller than ready-to-wear sizes. Take your measurements and compare them to the size charts before ordering as there are no exchanges and no returns on these made-to-order specialty items.
Like most specialty stores, due to the fact that some promers try to wear a prom dress to prom and then return it after prom (which can put any business out of business), this is another reason why we had to become an ALL SALES ARE FINAL store. There are NO RETURNSTHERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY so, pays to pay close attention to the size chart.

COLOR VARIATIONS: Please note colors vary from computer to computer, so expect a slightly different color from what you view. Dye lots may vary. We do not give out swatches however, normally each dress has a color chart listed by the dress. We cannot be held responsible for color variations.

SHIPPING TIMES: If we have this dress in stock, allow a minimum of 30 days for shipping.

RUSH ORDERS:  Rush deliver is available for some items but this will add $100+ to your order. If interested, email us the following:

  • 1- the link to the product,
  • 2- the color you would like,
  • 3- the size you need (make sure you already compared your sizes to the size chart)
  • <4- your phone number.
  • Then, give us 24 hours (on a weekday) to check if it is possible to have this put into a rush production.

SHIPPING DELAYS: After your order is sent, you should receive a tracking number to the e-mail address you provided. If you are concerned about the shipping status of your items, please email us at info @ prommagazine.com and we will forward you the tracking number from the chosen shipping company. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You can then go to their website and enter in your tracking number to view your packages status. Once we give the package to the shipper we cannot be held responsible for your package or for shipping delays. If your package is damaged in anyway from shipping, please call the shipper immediately and file a claim. We can then send you a replacement dress which we must bill you for. Once the damaged item is refunded from the shipper and the shipper picks up the damaged item from you, your payment on the first item will be refunded immediately.

By law undergarments which include bra’s, underwear, crinolines / petty coat’s, etc. are not returnable. The good news is our crinolines / petty coats are one size fits most.
Shoes, Cosmetics, Gloves, Garters, Jewelry and all other items:
Due to the specialty nature of our items all sales are final.

Backorders and Delivery times:
If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, it will be automatically placed on backorder. If we cannot deliver your merchandise within seven days of your occasion date, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified within 2 days of placing the order.
